WizeCars provides a platform for buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account as an Individual, Dealer, or Service Provider. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. WizeCars reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings and Transactions

WizeCars is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of vehicles, or the completion of any transaction. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent the platform for transactions
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on WizeCars are the property of WizeCars or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you post but grant WizeCars a license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

WizeCars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizeCars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
